Who’s Up For A Challenge?!
Because I need to sweep the cobwebs out of my body, boost my mood, and make sure that I continue to fit into my clothing, I’ve started a challenge for myself. The challenge is to move for at least 30 minutes each day for 30 days in a row. And because I need accountability, I’m asking you to join me!
This is NOT a "get skinny" challenge. It's an exercise in consciousness, commitment, and self-love. I'll be observing the transformation that happens not only in my body, but my mind and mother-lovin' soul!
Start wherever you are, and use each video as a little inspiration to get you going! I'm discovering a HUGE shift.
