Most of us float along in life just going through the daily motions. And for some folks, that’s working out just fine. But for others, they’re left feeling empty, depressed, anxious, bored, or stuck in some other groove they’d rather not be in. Having direction will change that.
Goal setting is a pretty magical thing for the human psyche. The brain likes to tick off boxes and feel accomplished. It does NOT, however, like to strive for impossibilities.
Setting daily, practical, and achievable wellness goals will be the trick that lights the fire in your mother-lovin’ soul (and perhaps the fire under your ass).
