Before we get into mentoring packages and prices, I need to tell you a little bit about how I got here.

When I was a kid, I experienced my fair share of trauma. This trauma turned into feelings of shame, fear, abandonment and sadness.

Unfortunately, those feelings were the driving force behind a lot of self-destructive decisions I made in my desperate attempt to cope.

After hitting some pretty dark places, I grew determined to feel better, to do better. I did what a lot of folks do, and turned to "self care". Diet, exercise, make-up, new clothes, fancy creams and gadgets that promised a better me.

But no matter what I did, I still felt like shit.

Clearly, everything I "knew" about self care wasn't working. And when something doesn't work, it's time to get CREATIVE.

With nearly 20 years of exploration, education and experimentation, I'm eager to share everything I know about achieving a sense of health, wellness and personal empowerment.

And I'd love to share it with you.

These are my mentoring options: 

The Quick Fix - $75:

• A pre-visit email correspondence 
• 60 Minute Zoom session
• FREQUENCY: As needed

THE GOAL: To refresh your motivation, reignite your fire, and keep you accountable.

4 Week Long Haul Package - $1,200:

• 1 x 60 Minute initial meeting
• 1 x 60 Minute session per week, for 4 weeks
• Email correspondence between sessions  
• 1 x 60 minute sign-off session 

TOTAL: Four weeks, 6 Zoom sessions, emails as needed until end of service

THE GOAL: Determine your obstacles, recognize your true needs, discover effective self care practices, make a sustainable plan for the future.

8 Week Long Haul Package $2,000:

• 1 x 60 Minute initial meeting
• 1 x 60 minute session per week, for 8 weeks
• Email correspondence between sessions  
• 1 x 60 minute sign-off session

TOTAL: Eight weeks, 10 Zoom sessions, emails as needed until end of service

THE GOAL: Determine your obstacles, recognize your true needs, discover effective self care practices, make a sustainable plan for the future.

Optional Long Haul Add On: $75/hour
