Before diving into the details of mentoring packages and pricing, I’d like to share a bit about my journey to this point.
As a child, I faced my fair share of trauma, which manifested as feelings of shame, fear, abandonment, and sadness. Unfortunately, these emotions drove many self-destructive choices as I desperately sought to cope.
After reaching some particularly low points, I became determined to feel better and improve my life. Like many, I turned to "self-care" strategies—diet, exercise, makeup, new clothes, and various products that promised to transform me into a better, happier version of myself.
Yet, despite my efforts, I continued to feel like shit. It became clear that everything I believed about self-care wasn't working.
That's when I knew I had to stop relying on what I thought I "should" be doing, and start getting CREATIVE instead.
With nearly 20 years of personal and professional exploration, education, and experimentation under my belt, I'm excited to share everything I've learned about achieving health, wellness, and personal empowerment.
And I would love the opportunity to share this journey with you.
These are my mentoring options:
4 Week Package:
1 x 90 Minute initial meeting.
1 x 90 Minute session per week, for 4 weeks
Email correspondence between sessions
1 x 90 minute sign-off session
TOTAL: Four weeks, 6 Zoom sessions (9 hours), email correspondence between sessions as needed until end of service.
THE GOAL: Determine your direction & goals, identify your obstacles, create practical steps and a sustainable plan.
Package Price: $1,000
8 Week Package:
1 x 90 Minute initial meeting
1 x 90 minute session per week, for 8 weeks
Email correspondence between sessions
1 x 90 minute sign-off session
TOTAL: Eight weeks, 10 Zoom sessions (12 hours), email correspondence between sessions as needed until end of service.
THE GOAL: Determine your direction & goals, identify your obstacles, createpractical stepsand a sustainable plan.
Package Price: $2,000
Optional, additional 60 minute Zoom Sessions while under contract: $50/hour
