My name is Crystal McLain, and I offer fun-filled stress management workshops that are designed to help your team understand and manage both workplace and personal stress.
Knowing how to reduce stress benefits everyone at the workplace. It improves morale, increases productivity, and leads to better focus and sense of wellbeing, resulting in fewer injuries and sick days.

We'll kick-start the session with a warm welcome (and maybe a joke or two). Then we'll deep-dive into some serious, but-fun-stuff, and discuss the in’s and out’s of why stress happens, how it affects our health, wellness and satisfaction, and what we can do about it .
And finally, we’ll have time to talk about your thoughts, key takeaways, and action plans for going forward.
