Sometimes you just need someone in your corner.

Honestly, we're all just rambling around in our own heads, trying to figure out how to feel...better.

We're reading the books, following the influencers, and listening to the podcasts. But despite it all, we still feel unable to follow through with our self care goals.

Mentoring helps you reach your goals by...

Here at CMC I offer two forms of mentoring. 

The Quick Fix is for you if you've been on the wellness journey, but need the occasional boost of TLC.

With the QF, you can think of me as a shot of inspirational espresso that's gonna give you a jolt of empowering energy, and killer insight. We're also going help you remember that you're a capable badass who can do hard things. 

There's no sugar-coating BS with the Quick Fix. Just straight-up real talk, with open ears, a compassionate heart, and fresh perspectives. 

My goal with a Quick Fix is for you to gain:

  • Insight
  • Confidence
  • Motivation
  • Accountability 

The Long Haul is for you if you are SERIOUSLY ready to make some epic changes in your life, but have no idea where to start.

Here's the thing, transformation doesn't happen over night. It takes time, practice, and oftentimes some tweaking along the way. That's why it's helpful to have someone to walk beside you as you work towards your goals. 

Together we'll figure out what's been holding you back from caring for yourself, discover wellness routines that feel authentic and motivating, and make a sustainable plan for your future.
