Online Classes

Your wellbeing is more important than capital gain, and shouldn’t be blocked behind a paywall.

That’s why I decided to create an online course that will walk people through the steps for creating a healthier, more empowered and fulfilling human experience, for FREE.

This Creative Self Care course is a work in progress that will be updated in real time, and hosted at Patreon.

If you’re a Patreon member you’ll be receiving updates automatically. If you’re not a member, you’ll need to sign up for my newsletter, so you can access the class and know when new lessons go live.

Other Patreon member perks include:

  • The ability to comment on posts and join the conversation.

  • Additional bonus content.

  • The satisfaction knowing that a portion of your membership funds are what fuel our Give-Back Program, and support those most in need.

Becoming a Patreon member also helps sustain all the work that goes into running CMC. So, if you appreciate my content, would like to support my work, and it's financially accessible for you, I'd like to invite you to join us. Otherwise, please enjoy this free course, and feel free to invite your friends and loved ones!

I love you.
I appreciate you.
I'm proud of you for being here.

I hope to see you soon!

  • I’m a licensed massage therapist with a focus on trauma-informed care. I’m also a mentor, public speaker, blogger and podcast host who’s been researching stress and the mind-body connection since 2009.

  • My work is a form of activism, and is deeply rooted in science, humor, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe and empowered in their own bodies.

  • I speak from personal experience, having overcome my own self-damaging beliefs and behaviors due to childhood trauma.

  • I'm goofy, sassy, love to laugh, and I swear like a friggin' pirate.

  • Science steers my ship, but I hold a special place in my heart for all the magical, mystical woo.

  • I'm pro-abortion and gender affirming procedures, and support our LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC friends and neighbors. So, if you're down for diversity and body autonomy, we're totally going to get along.
